AXIA partners with luxury resorts, private clubs, residences, and destination developments to shape wellness experiences that are distinctive, deeply personal, and considered from the inside out.
•
STRATEGY & POSITIONING
Defining what wellness means here.
I help shape a wellness vision that is authentic to the brand, destination, community, and people it serves.
• Wellness philosophy and strategic direction
• Concept development and positioning
• Integration across the guest or member journey
• Market and emerging wellness insight
• Opportunity and competitive assessment
• Strategic roadmaps for new or evolving offerings
The objective isn't simply to make a property “more wellness.”
It is to understand what wellness can uniquely mean here.
•
EXPERIENCE & PROGRAMMING
Creating moments people remember.
Wellness becomes meaningful when it moves beyond a service and becomes an experience.
I develop thoughtful programming across movement, recovery, longevity, mindfulness, nature, and mind-body wellbeing, including:
• Signature experiences and rituals
• Retreats and wellness weekends
• Visiting practitioner residencies
• Private and family experiences
• Movement, recovery, and longevity programming
• Nature-integrated and destination-specific experiences
• Seasonal and experiential programming
I consider the entire arc—the arrival, environment, pacing, practitioner, transition, and what happens afterward.
Because often, what makes an experience memorable isn't the modality itself.
It's how someone felt while they were in it.
•
DEVELOPMENT & PRE-OPENING
Bringing the vision into the physical world.
A wellness concept has to work beyond the page.
I advise on wellness environments from early concept through opening, bringing together the perspective of a strategist, operator, and practitioner.
• Wellness master planning
• Spa, fitness, recovery, longevity, and movement innovation
• Facility planning and guest flow
• Equipment and product curation
• FF&E and OS&E
• Vendor and brand partnerships
• Talent and staffing strategy
• Programming development
• Pre-opening planning and operational readiness
I consider a space through the eyes of both the guest and the person delivering the experience.
Does it feel intuitive?
Does it invite people in?
Does the practitioner have what they need?
Does the environment express the idea behind the brand?
Beautiful is important.
Beautiful and functional is better.
•
OPERATIONS & PERFORMANCE
A compelling concept only matters if it can be delivered exceptionally, day after day.
I help translate wellness vision into operations that are thoughtful, commercially sound, and capable of maintaining the standards expected within luxury environments.
• Operating models and workflows
• SOPs and service standards
• Quality assurance
• Team structure and talent development
• Practitioner training and leadership
• Procurement and vendor management
• P&L, budgeting, KPIs, and revenue optimization
• Systems and operational infrastructure
• Cross-functional integration
Every recommendation considers both sides of the equation: the human experience and the realities of the business.
Because luxury should feel effortless to the guest, even when extraordinary discipline sits behind it.
•
UHNW & PRIVATE CLIENT EXPERIENCE
Wellness that knows when to be seen—and when to disappear.
For UHNW individuals, families, private members, and high-profile guests, wellness is rarely about access to more.
It is about relevance.
It requires discretion, intuition, flexibility, and an ability to understand what someone may need without asking them to explain everything.
I advise on:
• Bespoke wellness journeys
• Private and family programming
• In-residence wellness
• Visiting practitioners and specialist networks
• Personalized movement, recovery, and wellbeing
• Wellness integrated into the broader lifestyle experience
The goal isn't to give people more to consume.
It is to create the conditions for them to feel:
More restored.
More connected.
More present.
More alive.
•
THE AXIA PERSPECTIVE
Strategy informed by lived experience—and a deeper understanding of human wellbeing.
My perspective comes from working on both sides of wellness: as a practitioner and as a strategic operator.
My background spans integrative nutrition, massage, yoga, Pilates, personal training, functional movement, meditation, Reiki, and psychosomatic wellbeing, alongside years of leadership within private clubs, resorts, and exclusive island environments.
I am currently pursuing a Master's in Integrative Psychology, exploring the relationship between mind, body, behavior, and human potential. This work continues to deepen my understanding of what happens beyond the modality itself—and how thoughtfully designed experiences can influence how people feel, connect, recover, and change.
That perspective shapes how I approach every engagement.
I notice the things that don't always make it onto a brand deck or spreadsheet:
How does the space feel?
Does the experience have the right rhythm?
Does the practitioner feel supported?
Does the programming feel genuine?
Does the service feel personal?
Does it belong to this place?
And ultimately—does it make someone feel something?
This is where strategy becomes experience.
•
FROM VISION TO EXPERIENCE
Whether shaping a new destination, evolving an established wellness operation, repositioning a private club, developing a new wellness environment, or creating a more distinctive private-client offering, Axia works across the ecosystem.
Strategy. Experience. Development. Operations. People.
Not as separate pieces, but as parts of one experience.
Because exceptional luxury wellness isn't about having the most.
It is about knowing what matters.
Creating it with intention.
And making it feel so natural to the place and the people it serves that it could not have been designed anywhere else.
