PRIVATE CLIENT WORK

EMBODIMENTORSHIP™

At the heart of AXIA is Embodimentorship™ — a private practice of returning to yourself deeply enough that your life can begin to reorganize from within.

What happens in the psyche is experienced in the body.

What happens in the body influences how we think, feel, choose, relate, and live.

Embodimentorship™ is an intimate, private space to explore that relationship.

Together, we look beneath the patterns that shape how you live, lead, relate, rest, desire, and experience yourself.

Not to fix you.

Not to optimize you.

Not to create another version of yourself to perform.

But to create greater coherence between what you know, what you feel, what you value, what you desire, and how you actually live.

The work may explore:

Nervous System — cultivating greater capacity for regulation, recovery, presence, and ease.

Embodiment — learning to recognize and respond to the intelligence and signals of the body.

Identity — untangling who you are from the roles, expectations, and identities you have learned to carry.

Self-Worth — exploring where worth has become entangled with achievement, usefulness, approval, or performance.

Desire — making space for what you genuinely want, beyond what is expected, practical, or productive.

Sovereignty — reclaiming your authority to choose what you carry, what you release, and how you live.

Spirit — making room for meaning, intuition, connection, and dimensions of life that cannot be measured by achievement alone.

There is no curriculum to complete.

No formula to follow.

No version of yourself you are expected to become.

Every engagement is different.

The work may move through reflective dialogue, somatic practice, movement, breathwork, meditation, contemplation, or stillness — always in response to what is present.

What begins to change is not necessarily your circumstances.
But your relationship to them.

You may notice:

More space between stimulus and response.

More ease in the body.

Clearer boundaries.

Greater capacity for rest and pleasure.

Decisions that feel less complicated.

A quieter relationship with achievement.

More trust in your own knowing.

A greater ability to be present without constantly managing yourself.

And, over time, something deeper:

You begin to organize your life around what allows you to thrive — rather than what you have learned to endure.

The investment:

Three Months — beginning at $10,000
A focused private engagement for a threshold, transition, or season of recalibration.

Six Months — beginning at $19,000
A deeper arc for meaningful recalibration, integration, and sustained change.
Includes two private 120-minute sessions each month, evolving individualized practices, priority scheduling, private between-session communication, and additional support as needed.

In person or virtually.

MOVEMENT

Movement is more than exercise.
It as a way of returning to yourself.

It can be a way of listening.

A way of inhabiting the body.

A way of building resiliency, creating space, finding energy, releasing tension, and reconnecting with yourself.

Private movement sessions are designed around your body, your intentions, your energy, and what is present that day.

Depending on what your body is asking for, a session may include strength, mobility, Pilates, yoga, conditioning, breathwork, meditation, or restorative movement.

The goal is not to force the body into a program.

It is to develop a more intelligent and intuitive relationship with it.

The investment:

60 minutes — $150
90 minutes — $195

In person or virtually.

BODYWORK

The body carries patterns of tension, effort, protection, stress, habit, and experience.

Intuitive bodywork offers an opportunity to slow down enough to notice.

To listen.

To respond with intelligence and intention.

Each session is individually composed and may draw from myofascial release, orthopedic massage, deep tissue, assisted stretching, trigger-point therapy, craniosacral work, reflexology, and other therapeutic and restorative approaches.

There is no fixed protocol.

No formula.

Just an attentive conversation with the body.

The investment:

60 minutes — $200
90 minutes — $295
120 minutes — $390

In person only.
